How to place an order using a School Purchase Order?

We are humbled by the enthusiastic reception of our STEM products, Document Cameras and other educational products have enjoyed in so many different educational settings, and we are doing all we can to ensure your school can take advantage of this great tool. We are proud to confirm that Inventiveclassroom accepts Schools, Colleges and Universities Purchase Orders.
Below, please find the information and instructions you'll need to submit your Purchase Order.

Simply send your P.O by fax or email with the following information - Contact name, phone number, and email (in case we have any questions). - Payable name, phone number, and email (we send out your invoice by email, so a valid email address is required to process your order). -A Purchase Order Number. -Billing and Shipping Address and phone number -Clearly stated item name, unit cost, and quantity needed. -Please add sales taxes for your State. If we provided with an estimate, please add the estimate number. Email to po@inventiveclassroom.com As soon as we receive the P.O we will assign an order ID and a confirmation email will be sent. Within 24-48 hours, your tracking number will be sent IMPORTANT: Please make sure your P.O and payments are made to INVENTIVECLASSROOM. |
Payment We operate with a “net 30” payment arrangement for approved school purchase orders. That is, payment is expected in full not more than 30 days after your order is processed. Volume purchase If you would like to order in bulk (more than 3 units), our shopping cart is set up to give discounts automatically, until 100 units. For 100 units or more please contact us for discount information at sales@inventiveclassroom.com Note: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to set up your account and process your order. It will take up to 7 days to deliver via UPS or USPS. If you need to get it sooner, please email sales@inventiveclassroom.com for other shipping options. We do ship to PO Boxes, as shipping is handled by USPS. Please provide a physical street address for your shipping address if the order is the next day. Please do not send in duplicate orders.
